You must be at least 18 years old to use Nancy.

• You are using Nancy for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted

3. Nature of the Service and AI Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months, or zero if no payment was made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Nancy constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Payments, Subscriptions, and Free Plans

17.1 Free Plan

The free plan allows limited access to Nancy's features. We may modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.

17.2 Paid Subscription

The paid subscription is offered at $9.99 per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

Subscriptions are:

• Automatically renewed
• Charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Managed by the platform through which you subscribed

17.3 Billing and Renewal

Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

17.4 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Nancy does not control billing, cancellations, or refunds processed by Apple or Google.

17.5 Refunds

Refunds, if any, are handled entirely by the platform through which you purchased the subscription and are subject to their policies.

17.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price changes will follow the rules and notifications required by the App Store or Google Play.
